Fitness routine:
He works out for at least 3 hours daily. “I don’t usually get time during the day, so I start working out late in the night and end by the wee hours” says Salman. His workouts are very rigorous and that shows in the kind of body display he maintains.

And during the course of the day, he cycles and runs. He loves using his cycle especially in the middle of the night. It gives him a high and relaxes him completely.

Work out:
A fitness freak, Salman's day is "incomplete without workouts." Salman does cardio and works out on his abs to keep them as shapely as they are. Crunches and pull ups are what give him his perfect abs. He works one part in a day and never has taken any steroids or other body building substance.

He loves cycling
He runs and cycles about 10 km everyday.

He has often been spotted cycling to his film shoots.
While shooting in Chennai for Priyadarshan's film Kyon Ki, the actor who is raved about for his perfect torso, cycled his way from AVM Studios to Fitness One gym in Alwarpet.

In an other instance, Salman Khan is supposed to have cycled 90 kms, from Bandra to Karjat
Salman cycled from his residence, Galaxy Apartments at Bandra to N D Studios, Karjat for his brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri's upcoming film Hello. Of course, Salman's bodyguards followed him in a car.

So the next time you run into a cyclist with sculpted muscles, stay cool. It might be your favourite Super star!
