He has converted that belief in concrete reality through his muscles."Everyone asks me, how do you maintain such a great physique? I tell them that to have a good body; you need to have a good mind. Only then can you concentrate on your fitness regime. I don't use any of these body-enhancing supplements because I think they do affect your body in the long run”, says Rahul.
