“Acompetitive sport like a game of squash or basketball or even a swim tops my list of stress-busters. If I have time on hand, then there’s nothing like a drive down to Mahableshwar or Mulshi (near Pune) and spending the day amidst the mountains. But if I have only about five to 10 minutes to destress, then I use breath meditation techniques or classical music riyaz — that really works for me. Humour is my strength. Keep smiling — that’s my mantra.”
