Karishma Kapoor on Her Book "My Yummy Mummy Guide"

Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor launched her book 'My Yummy Mummy Guide' on pregnancy and motherhood on recently. She says it is for desi mothers. "We don't have an Indian take on pregnancy and motherhood. I felt that this will be something that Indian mothers will be able to relate to," Karisma said. The 39-year-old has written about everything related to pregnancy and childbirth. The book also gives tips on how to lose post pregnancy fat. A mother of two - seven-year-old daughter Samaira and two-year-old son Kiaan, Karisma says just like any other woman she too has to balance work and home. "I am also a normal person and a normal woman. I have the same feelings and emotions that other mothers go through.
